I usually walk around 7am when the sun is just up, but sometimes reflections and buildings can shoot the sun right into my eyes. These are perfect - they fit my face comfortably, and the side flaps block out the rays that come in sideways. Also good, the bridge and top frame aren’t too high, so all my baseball caps work perfectly (no brim squishing the nosepieces down like other glasses). And I LOVE the colour!
