Press onto the locking mechanism at the hinge break and fold the temples inward.
Bend the frame back slightly, while holding the lens firmly to pop the lens out of the groove.
Slide the lens upwards from the nose bridge to free the lens.
Swap the lens by reversing the above steps.
Optional: Adjust the temple tips to your liking.
