Sean Lewis brings a wealth of coaching and mentorship experience to The Mesa. Previously head coach at Kent State from 2018-22, he spent 2023 in Boulder as the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes.
Now, Coach Lewis is transforming the 2024-25 Aztecs with his value-based system, "BE THE A1PHA.""BE THE A1PHA" is more than a locker room rallying cry. It’s about passion, purpose, and being a little better every day. Under Coach Lewis, Aztec student-athletes are working to become leaders on the field and in the community, turning hope into action and stacking wins in the game of life.
