We are stoked to launch our all new line Aura and Nebula snow goggles as well as our of MIPS snow helmets to get you safely shredding life in forward motion. Our goggles and helmets are offered with a lifetime warranty, which includes defects in materials or manufacturing. If you need to file a warranty claim, Blenders has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 2-3 weeks. Once we receive the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire helmet depending on the circumstances. Please be aware there is a $20 processing fee! Once your item is received and approved at HQ, we will send you an invoice for the fee.
What Isn't Covered
- Lifetime warranty does not mean a lifetime of a person but a lifetime of the product (3 seasons)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
- If you’re not the original owner of the product
