For example if your sphere is -2.75 and your cylinder is -0.75 for your left eye, your total left eye power is -3.5. -2.75 + -0.75 = -3.5

Sounds cool
I love the feel they are tight and sturdy. I am a local truck driver and am very hard on things. This is my second pair. I had my last pair for 2 years and I lost them at a birthday party. Will definitely purchase again.

Perfect pair!
