For example if your sphere is -2.75 and your cylinder is -0.75 for your left eye, your total left eye power is -3.5. -2.75 + -0.75 = -3.5

Excellent RX shades.
I have worn nothing but Oakley for over 20 years both regular and sunglasses all RX. It was a tough choice to step outside the box but with Coach Prime endorsing them and their good price point I couldn't say no. I have worn them for a week and couldn't be happier with the fit and quality. Also, uploading the RX is easy.
